Article 2

                Pricing

                All payments shall be made in the official currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian Dinar (RSD). Prices displayed in other currencies are provided for informational purposes only and are calculated using the official exchange rate of the National bank of Serbia.

                The amount charged to the User's payment card will be processed in Serbian Dinar (RSD) and converted according to the exchange rate applied by the User's card issuer or payment network. Since this exchange rate is determined by the issuing bank at the time of the transaction, it is not known to the Company in advance. Consequently, the final amount appearing on the User's bank statement may differ slightly from the price displayed on the Company's website.

Article 3

                Payment Terms

                Each transaction is subject to a payment institution processing fee of 3% of the transaction value, with a minimum fee of RSD 15.00. The User is informed of all applicable fees within the application before renting a bicycle.

The User selects a bicycle and proceeds to the payment page. Data required to identify the transaction and, where applicable, to perform a subsequent payment transaction for charging compensation if the bicycle is not returned within five (5) days are processed by the electronic money institution in accordance with applicable regulations and security standards. The Company has no access to the User’s complete payment card details.

When payment is made by payment card, the final rental charge is calculated exclusively on the basis of daily rental rates, depending on the rental start and return times, together with the applicable Company commission and the Institution processing fee.

                Detailed electronic payment terms, including commissions, fee calculations and other charges, are available on the NS BIKE website and are presented during the payment process.

                Payments may be made using payment cards accepted by the contracted electronic money institution. For each payment card transaction, the Institution processing fee of 3% of the transaction amount, with a minimum of RSD 15.00, shall apply and will be displayed before confirmation.

                By accepting these Special Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions for Bicycle Rental within the City of Novi Sad, the User agrees to pay the Institution processing fee.

                For security reasons, payment card data are available only to the acquiring bank providing card acceptance services. Card details are entered exclusively through the secure banking platform. The Company neither requests nor stores payment card data and is not the controller of such data under personal data protection regulations.

                Any refund shall be made exclusively through the original payment method used for the transaction. At no time are payment card details stored within the Company’s systems.

Article 4

                Subsequent Charge in Case of Failure to Return the Bicycle

If the User fails to return the bicycle within five (5) days from the date of collection, the Public Utility Company "Parking Service" Novi Sad shall be entitled, through the electronic money institution, to initiate a subsequent charge to the payment card used for the relevant bicycle rental in the amount determined by the Decision on Compensation for Damage in the NS BIKE System.

By accepting these Special Terms and Conditions, the User expressly authorizes such subsequent charge.

The collection of the above amount shall not prejudice the Company’s right to initiate court or other legal proceedings for the recovery of its claims.

The Company reserves the right to refuse payment by payment card where the selected payment method or payment instrument does not support transactions in accordance with these Special Terms and Conditions.

Article 5

                Order Confirmation

                The User shall receive confirmation of the successful reservation of funds by email. After the bicycle has been successfully returned and the final payment card charge completed, the User shall receive a final payment confirmation by email.

Article 6

                Complaint Policy

Users may submit complaints via the contact form on the Company website, by email (nsbike@parkingns.rs), by telephone (+381 21 472 41 40; 0800 021 104), or in person at Filipa Višnjića 47, Novi Sad. Complaints concerning payment card transactions, IPS payments or electronic money shall be forwarded to the Institution and other relevant participants without delay. The User will be informed of further actions as soon as possible.

Article 7

                Final Provisions

                These Special Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the eighth day following their publication on the official notice boards of the Company.

                Upon their entry into force, the previous Special Terms and Conditions, Ref. No. 2026-0-704/1 of May 20, 2026, shall cease to apply.
