For payments made through the online platform, the bicycle rental price will be increased by a transaction fee charged by the electronic money institution PaySpot DOO Novi Sad, amounting to 3% of the transaction value, with a minimum fee of RSD 15,00.

Online Payment

Payments are processed through a secure card payment system.
Payment card details are not accessible to the Company.

When starting a rental through the online platform, a pre-authorization hold and reservation of funds will be applied in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for Bicycle Rental within the NS BIKE System. The final charge depends on the actual duration of bicycle use.

For online payments, users are charged one or more daily rental fees, with a maximum of one daily rental fee per day of use, in accordance with the current price list.

Refunds

Any difference between the reserved amount and the final charged amount:

will be refunded to the payment card (bank account) used for the transaction;
will be processed in accordance with the issuing bank’s policies and procedures.
