TERMS OF USE NS BIKE BICYCLE RENTAL SYSTEM – CITY OF NOVI SAD

Welcome to the NS BIKE bicycle rental system in the City of Novi Sad. By using the NS BIKE services, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. General Provisions

The NS BIKE system is a bicycle rental service operated by the Public Utility Company “Parking Service” Novi Sad.

The service is available to adults, as well as to minors over the age of 16 with the required consent and a valid User Card.

2. User Registration

Users may access the system by:

• obtaining a physical User Card, or
• registering online by scanning a QR code and electronically accepting the Terms of Use

Each person may hold only one User Card.

3. Use of Bicycles

The User agrees to use the bicycle responsibly and in accordance with traffic regulations and NS BIKE system instructions.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• transfer the bicycle to third parties
• use the bicycle for purposes other than intended
• carry another passenger on the bicycle
• use the bicycle on terrain or surfaces that may cause damage

4. User Liability

The User is responsible for the bicycle from the moment of pickup until it is returned.

In case of:

• damage
• theft
• loss
• traffic accident

The User have to immediately notify the competent authorities and the PUC “Parking Service” Novi Sad.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are expressed in Serbian Dinar (RSD).

Payment methods include:

• User Card
• cash payment at station terminals
• online payment via payment cards

When paying by card, a pre-authorization hold may be placed on the User’s account in accordance with the system rules.

6. Data Protection

The NS BIKE system processes user data in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.

Payment card data is not stored within the Company’s system and is processed exclusively through secure banking platforms.

7. Complaints

In case of issues related to payment or service usage, the User may submit a complaint via:

• contact form
• email
• customer support phone line
• personally: at Company premises

8. Final Provisions

PUC “Parking Service” Novi Sad reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use in accordance with applicable regulations and business needs.

By using the NS BIKE system, the User confirms that they are fully informed of and accept these Terms of Use.
